Introduction and Acceptance

You're Buying a License, Not Property
When you acquire virtual items, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them in the game. You don't own them outright.

Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama reserves the right to modify the virtual economy, including prices and availability. Purchased items may not retain the same utility after game updates.

Virtual assets are forfeited without compensation if your account is terminated for Terms violations.

No Real-Money Trading: Selling or trading virtual items for real money outside the game is prohibited.

Lucky Fox Bingo: Jolly Rich and all its content are the result of significant creative effort by Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama. Here's how those rights work.

Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Lucky Fox Bingo: Jolly Rich and its content, globally.

Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.

Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Lucky Fox Bingo: Jolly Rich content without prior written consent from Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama.

Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.

Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Lucky Fox Bingo: Jolly Rich shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.

Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These liability limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama. Without them, we could not provide Lucky Fox Bingo: Jolly Rich at its current price.

Indemnity

By using Lucky Fox Bingo: Jolly Rich, you agree to the following indemnification obligation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Lucky Fox Bingo: Jolly Rich use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.

Defense: Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

We will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and work with you in good faith to resolve it fairly.

Conflict Resolution

Arbitration (Where Permitted): Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class-action arbitration is not permitted.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against Yayasan Seraphine Bakti Utama.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

Ending These Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the Lucky Fox Bingo: Jolly Rich community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.

When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.
